SMS (Agronomy), KVK Imphal East, Andro acted as Resource Person for DDK Imphal's Live Phone-in Program "Loubuk Maikei Panglasi" on the topic "Parthenium Grass - Its Hazardous Effects on Environment, Human, Livestock and Managerial Measures" on 16th September, 2026.

During the program, detailed discussion on history and spread of Parthenium hysterophorus (Congress Grass) in India and Manipur, hazardous effects on human health ,agriculture, livestock and biodiversity were highlighted.

Integrated management measures including mechanical weeding before flowering with gloves, cultural measures,chemical control etc were discussed. The program was telecast live from DDK Imphal.
