A training programme on the use of balanced fertilisers in annual flowers such as Statice and Acroclinium was conducted at KVK, Imphal East. Students from College of Community Science Tura actively participated in the programme on 28th April, 2026.

During the training, participants were appraised on the importance of judicious and balanced use of fertilisers for enhancing growth, flower quality, and yield in annual ornamental crops. Emphasis was given on nutrient management practices, including appropriate doses, timing, and methods of application to ensure sustainable cultivation and improved productivity.
